HOW TO GET MORE FOLLOWERS, CONNECT WITH BRANDS, AND COLLABORATE!

I’m so excited to be sharing these tips with you’ll today. I started my blog about a year ago, and I feel so blessed that now I have over 10K followers on Instagram. Hence I decided to share some insights on How I grew my audience on Instagram and blog, How I connect with brands and get free products to review and how I got connected with other bloggers and a network to potentially collaborate with brands and learn from other bloggers from around the world!

GROWING AUDIENCE FOR THE BLOG AND FOLLOWERS ON INSTAGRAM- The key to it is that I was NEVER worried about who is going to view my posts or feed, but I always wanted to focus on posting good contents with decent quality photos. Also, liking and commenting on other bloggers posts has helped me draw the traffic to my social media. Eventually I started growing the list of followers and created my audience through Instagram, that potentially started drawing traffic to my blog. GETTING FREE PRODUCTS TO REVIEW- Most of the free products I have received is through Influenster– signing up is easy and I received my first product to review in less than a month. Apart, ocassionally, brands do reach out to me through my blog and on Instagram. Many bloggers reach out to brands asking for opportunities to collaborate as well. I’m very cautious about getting free products from brands that I’m unaware of and the brands that offer free products and ask me to pay for shipping (I have heard from some other bloggers that they have been scammed as well). 

Another great alternative is a fantastic resource that I highly recommend for all bloggers who are starting out or at any point of time in your blogging career and it is none other than: STYLE COLLECTIVE. It is an online community that provides education, tools, resources and community support for female fashion & lifestyle influencers to connect, grow their following and reach long term goals. Style Collective has all kinds of groups to help bloggers grow their following on Instagram and helps increase comments on your blog. AND THE BEST THING ABOUT STYLE COLLECTIVE IS YOU DONT NECESSARILY NEED TO HAVE A BLOG. You can just be an Instagram Blogger and it doesnot require a huge following list. Yet, you need to go through an approval process, which is usually quick and may take upto a week to get approved.
